I wish to bring to your attention the wonderful service I received last month when I had a built in robe and inserts installed. I rang around a few companies to get an idea of prices. No one was as helpful as the lady I spoke with at your company; she explained the different options and prices available and organized a salesman to call to see me. He was also extremely helpful. I wanted to get the wardrobe and inserts installed as soon as possible, and he went to a lot of trouble to fit in with my schedule and the wardrobes were installed in less than a week. The gentleman who installed them is also a great ambassador for your company, arriving on time, and had it installed and looking great in no time. The salesman who visited my home was again helpful in explaining the make up of the units etc. My old robe was removed (again on time) and the new one installed on the due date. It started with the salesman who gave us plenty of time to ensure we were getting what we wanted and that the design of our wardrobes was optimized. Another gentleman then managed the logistics including a number of confirmation phone calls, a rare occurrence in the building industry! The installer then worked diligently to complete our wardrobes. The quality of work is incredible!!! The wardrobes were installed to such “perfection” that none of the walls required any repainting and the finished product is nothing short of amazing!!!
